Hi

does anyone know what's going on with Unparelled shoes at the minute. Sizes of the Up Lace (and LV option) seem missing from every shop.

Anyone know if this is a blip or a longer term issue?

Also have others found a good alternative to the Up Lace for trad and sport up to E3/6c?

(I used to be an anasazi pink man before they went to shit...)

Thanks in advance

Rob

In reply to RM199:

There was a thread a while back that IIRC surmised there was manufacturing defect on a recent batch of Up Lace, so rectification of that may be why there's stock issues.

In reply to RM199:

I've just sent a quick email to the UK distributor. Hopefully they'll be in touch with an answer ASAP

Hi, Pat here from Dark Ventures. Yes we do have a supply blip currently due to a few factors unfortunately out of our control that involve the supply to the EU market (where we purchase Unparallel from) and a back log in the factory due to great sales in the spring.

Currently there are shipments on the water from the USA to Europe and we have been told we should start getting restocked in around a months time. We currently have thousands of shoes on back order from Europe so will have good stock once they arrive. We are working hard to get these shipments in as soon as possible.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

All the best,

Pat

Didn't they have unparalleled stocking issues in the second world war and women resorted to gravy browning and a line drawn down the back of the leg with an eyebrow pencil?

While you're here. Do you know if the manufacturing defect on the Uplace LV from a while back has been sorted with the new batch? Mine have got a rather big hole in the toe so time for a new pair when new stock arrives.

In reply to ralphio:yes I hope this has been rectified in the current shipment. We will be checking them as soon as the arrive.

In reply to RM199:

Perhaps worth trying Tenaya Masai? I'd say they're more similar to an Anasazi Verde but others have found them comparable stiffness (I'm heavy for reference)
