Evening all,

last night the wire on my ropeman 2 broke at the swaging. I’ve emailed WC, in the meantime, does anyone have any thoughts on this/ suggest a repair?

My thought is don't do *anything* to it at all, until you've heard back from WC!

Reswage

Either a hand swager or get a ships-chandlers to do it in their power press. In Birmingham, one of the narrow boat centres?

I used 2mm cord. Worked fine for several years now.
