Is anyone else following the HT 550? I have a young friend (I say young, she's 46) taking on this adventure, doing remarkably well.
For those who don't know, it's a 550 mile mountain bike trip, starting and finishing in Tyndrum, taking the highways and byways north to a wee bit south of the Kyle of Tongue and back down the west coast.
