Crowlista (Cradhlastadh) is the hamlet at the end of the road which loops around the north side of Camas Uig. The coastline to the west of Crowlista is accessed from the road out to the hamlet and runs northwards for some 3km from Seilebhig Hill over the highpoint of Torcaso to the large bay of Bà gh Fiabhaig, then from the headland of Staca na Berie to the large bay formed by Geòdha Nasabhaig to the south of the Aird Uig coastline.
Turn north off the B8011 at the top of Gleann Bhaltois meltwater channel, 350m north of the Community Shop at Timsgarry. Follow the road uphill past the turn off for the Community Centre, then just beyond the houses and the small industrial units, turn left and take the road towards Crowlista. At the bottom of the hill, 1km short of the hamlet, park in a layby on a bend in the road where a rough track breaks off right up the hill. All of the climbing areas can be approached from here.
