Climbs 1
Rocktype Slate
Altitude 200m a.s.l
Only one route - normally very wet - in a downward direction as a waterfall. In a cold winter (about 20 years ago!!) it was climbed - up a narrow stream bed - then the difficulty is dependent on amount of water coming. It was great when in condition, with a good audience viewing from the bridge at the top. [Ron Kenyon 11/06]
In the good old days of very hard winters the force used to freeze (very occasionally) and provided a fine pitch. Wonder if it will ever get climbed again? [Colin Struthers 11/06]
I bet this is a right laugh! I was there the other day and the falls were in full flow! Andrew Turner - 13/Sep/07 |
