Hello, somebody I live with accidentally put my gtx pro in the wash on a 1400 spin will this affect my jacket? Has anyone else done it?

It'll probably be ok, possibly of damaging the seam tape but you'll soon find out when you open the door. The fabric itself will be fine

I just had visions of water being forced through the membrane at high pressure due to the centrifugal force and ruining the membrane. It's fun the things that play on your mind.

Thought would be about a hot hatch put into a spin.

I‘d be more concerned about whatever detergent was used stripping away the DWR and/or clogging the pores in the membrane 

Just plain old soap flakes so I guess I'm all good

Where did you find soap flakes? I haven't seen any in years.
